Title says it all. I just burned like 47g on materials and this happened. They’re sitting there, but the Take All box is greyed out.

I’m not trying to be insulting here, but are you standing at a TP NPC? You can’t pick up anything from the TP without going to one of the TP NPCs.

It’s ok haha, Yes I was basically having intercourse with the NPC I was so close.

It looks like you are in the Vault in LA. Have you tried going to a different BLTC NPC? I’ve noticed not all the NPCs in the Vault offer the same services.

Thank you! I just went into EBG and was able to pick it up.. So is this a bug or working as intended? I was using the Black Lion Merchants in LA

The one at the vault doesn’t work to pick up items, however I feel it should.
