I’ve been trying to buy gems to expand my bankspace and have been unable to do so. Is there a problem with the TP?

This is a known bug. Log completely out. And then log back in. This should fix the problem. If not, ticket time.

This has happened to me before. It turned out it was a security flag that somehow got set…or something like that. Did a ticket…very fast response and all fixed. Good luck.
