Guild Wars 2

I just made a new character and used a schroll to jump to level 20 and now I can’t dye my top, legs or boots on this character i can still do so on all my other characters. Is anyone else having or had this problem?

Try to use the ‘Remove Dye’ tool on all dye areas of the armor that cannot be dyed and save the changes. Then go back in and dye to your liking, it should work normally again.
