New bug (I haven’t seen anyone posting about this one) but Karka is now up and no one can get there unless they were already in that map and if they are already on the map they are STUCK there and get kicked out to character select screen!!

Waypointing brings up this error:

The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network. For additional support, please visit http://support.guildwars2.com.
(Code=19:9:7:400:101) [OK]

Taking the portal in Lion’s Arch brings up the SAME error.

I can wp to anywhere else..

I am sad as I was trying to do Karka Queen and set up a timer to alarm when it was time and everything

Just got the same error.

I get the same code as well, whether I try to waypoint there or take the Asura Gate in Lion’s Arch. I tried waypointing from another map to make sure it wasn’t an LA thing, but that doesn’t work either. Running the game as an administrator has shown no effect.

Same problem here. We were running guild sprint when the “new build” mesage came out. We finished the sprint, but without reward. The whole guildparty left the game to patch and since the patch i can’t log in on my main char. On all other toons it’s working well, but only my main is captured now on Southsun Cove.

It is not just those who were not there that can’t get there. I get the same error message and was standing in southsun cove when I patched almost 6 hours ago. I can’t log into that character but can log into my others.

Having this issue also. Checked ports before coming here, but glad to see it’s not me.

Problem confirmed. I have two characters logged out there and I get the login server issue whenever I try to access them.

Confirming the issue with being unable to get to Southsun. I have a character at the Skipping Stones JP chest and I get the same error code as OP. Other characters on other maps seem fine.

Tryied now to port on the map to the main waipoint there with my other toons, same error. And an one more detail, if you try to port there, you’ll lost each try some money. Not cool…

Southsun is still broken after the hot patch. waypoint kicks you to char. selection, and LA port warps you back to LA.

So the problem is still on going. Thanks for everyone posting. This is good to know that it is not just me but also extends to others including those who actually were already in Southsun. Also I am seeing someone posted on reddit about this too so I told them to check this thread.

I sent my squad there as per usual as part of my world boss tour today.
Literally every person who tried went to LA, dozens of people went to LA, yet not a single person got into Southsun.

Okay it is now fixed. Thanks Anet for patching this.
