Guild Wars 2

I belong to a guild with permissions to the guild bank and I want to make deposits for guild hall supplies, but I am unable to deposit or withdraw from my guild bank. Is anyone else having the same issue?

have you been in the guild for 72 hours? has the guild had the bank for 72 hours? if the answer to both of those things is ‘yes’, then you might want to contact support, however if the answer is ‘no’ then wait 72 hours (it is normal).

Sadly that is not the case. I have been in this guild for months. I will likely contact support if no one else has an idea on what is happening.

Maybe ask an officer to change your rank and then back again to see what happens. Just a thought to try out in the mean time.
