Captain Ellen Kiel has been standing in the fountain of Lion’s Court since the return of the lion statue replacing the giant hologram projector. I don’t think this was intentional as it’s pretty unprofessional for someone of her status to be hanging around in a fountain while metallic ships and sea monsters pass through her.

I considered her to be a prominent character, but it seems she has gone unnoticed and perhaps neglected in this respect.

Would Evon Gnashblade have stood around in a fountain for weeks after the election?

Surely she can’t be doing her job when she’s stood in the middle of the fountain…

Not to mention her legs should have been cut off by now

This only shows how much attention ANet themselves are paying to their brilliant “Living Story”. A centerpiece of a previous Living Story, currently completely meaningless and forgotten.

Considering how much fun to follow Ellen was during the Southsun event… I’d say she’s right where she belongs. At least she provides entertainment now =D

Even though I wonder where will she get the money for the Fractal funding when she’ll have to buy new boots all the time.
