Not sure if it is intended or a bug but when using my 1000 gems rare ticket and going to the airship, if I logout and come again I appear on Gendarran Fields (with the same character).

I can understand that action on normal tickets, looted from bags in LA drops but I spent 1000 gems to make my life “easier” or at least more comfortable and having 3 loading screens (1st on the airship, 3 seconds after going gendarran ground and then again if I want to go over the ship another 1 more loading screen) seems not to be a good one

I’m also concerned about this. I’ve paid 1000g for convenience, but its not convenience when you get kicked off the map and appear off the airship.

This is normal for any Permanent Ticket, Terrace or Airship. Not a bug.

“Not a bug.” – implies you know the intent of the designer (which I doubt obviously). Personally I see no reason to punish players with the loading times. At the very least don’t force the double load time, push the player down to the ground as they log off if a solution can’t be found to distinguish between a gold and silver ticket holder.

Umm..okay. I’m not sure they decided to change how passes work between the Terrace one and the Airship one, but if you are sure they did….it’s good to know!

Yeah, it bugs me too. I go to the airship to access the Daily Activity guy, and when I leave the Daily Activity I have to endure TWO loading screens… first as it returns me to the airship, and second as it then immediately kicks me off the airship into Gendarran Fields below.

Also, it does NOT provide the very first thing on the list, the thing I wanted most of all: Quick Travel to all Cities. It only provides a free teleport (the “I paid 1000 gems” sort of “free” teleport) to the general vicinity of the Asuran Gates. Not a time saver, since you have a loading screen getting onto the ship, then a second loading screen to get off the ship, and then about a minute to run to the Gates.

All in all, I’m kinda disappointed in it as it stands right now. I’d sell it back if I could.

There is an NPC on the Airship that will allow you to travel to any of the 5 Racial cities. Just speak to the Helmsman. =)

Awesome! Thanks! (They need to rename her something like Helmsman (Quick Travel) so it’s more obvious.

Now if they can do something about that double back-to-back loading screen that drops you off into Gendarran Fields when you wanted to stay on board. (And right now with the Living Story, those loading screens take FOREVER!)

You are welcome! That’s why the Terrace Pass is sooo much better. Lol. When you get kicked, it’s right outside the Terrace, and no loading screen to get back in. =)

Not really expecting a fix on this, but would be nice if someone could confirm that nothing will change.

I bought this as well and it’s quite annoying that it does this. I can imagine it’s a good system to properly kick out the single pass users, but for those of us with the permanent pass, it’s highly unneeded. Perhaps a simple check could be done when logging in if the permanent pass is in our inventory?

I can’t confirm this right now, but I’m almost certain using the “Airship Exit” button when in an overflow and your main server is no longer full, it will automatically flip you to main. This incurs double loading times again.

So can I trade my pass for a Thresher-Sickle 5000 straight up?
