Guild Wars 2

Yesterday I received a Carapace Boot Box from Lost Bandit Chest. When I double clicked it to choose which boots I wanted, it completely disappeared. The skin is not unlocked in my wardrobe either. I’ve checked all my characters and storages just to make sure. Anyone else have this happen?

The only time I’ve seen people with an issue similar to yours is those that were confused about the function of a Boot Requisition Order.
