by levelling up (whether level 80 already or a lowbie) has been in game since beta, but now even levelling up ranks with the new WvWs thing is also cancelling casts.

Last thing I need is Churning Earth, an already ridiculously long cast being cancelled because of these.

I`ve almost 400 skill points & no use for them, whereas I have a use for having something I cast being allowed to actually cast ;p
