Guild Wars 2

I have been attempting to use this device for several days, it is apparently the only way to get the last vista and complete the map, however myself as well as many seem to be locked out of this. I have to assume its broken and would like to know if this is a known issue, and will we ever be able to complete this map?

I thought this was bugged as well, but I hung around for a bit since the NPC there was pretty chatty. Turns out you’ll have to wait until the dynamic event involving him is over. If I remember correctly, it’s after he asks for more cows. Just be patient and wait until you are able to select the catapult, then you would have the option of using it.
