Same with Maguuma
It appears to be bugged on several (if not all) servers. It was bugged on my server and two more that I guested on to check. It’s stuck in the same place on all of them, with the statue having a green health bar and no NPCs around.
I haven’t seen a developer response acknowledging it, but hopefully they know about it and are working on fixing it soon.
EDIT: The servers I checked were Borlis Pass, Dragonbrand, Tarnished Coast

I can report the same thing is happening on Devona’s Rest.

Same on Kaineng, Blackgate, and Darkhaven. The event is stuck on “The Seal on the statue of Dwayna must be broken.”
Same thing is happening on Sorrow’s Furnace, Tarnished Coast, and Fort Aspenwood. It’s really annoying.

I checked 5 servers and they were all bugged. I really need those exotic karma rings since rabid gear is absurdly overpriced at 9g a pop on the TP. It’s driving me crazy and it’s the last thing I need to “complete” this character.

Servers were updated and restarted, but there wasn’t anything in the release notes about fixing this event, so unless they just didn’t mention the fix in the notes, it is likely to bug out again. I’m not sure if the devs are aware of this problem, but if anyone is present when it bugs out, try to get as much detail as possible and post it for the devs to see.
I went to check it out, but I got stuck in a loading screen. ~le sigh~
EDIT: False alarm. I was able to get in, just had to wait a lil’ bit.
I’m at the statue now and it appears reset. I’ll post if it gets bugged again.

Just did this immediately after the server restart on Maguuma and it worked fine. Who knows if it’ll stay that way, but at least I got everything I needed.
No one on my server is doing it. Mind if you guest me to your server? I’d like to pick up some pieces if at all possible.

You don’t need me to guest you – you can do it from the character select screen. Dwayna temple is still pact controlled on Maguuma as of right now, so anyone who needs the rabid gear can try to hurry on in.

I still don’t understand, why after all these months of these events getting stuck/bugged, they don’t implement something like the following:
From the start of the event, the event has X amount of time to complete (for instance, 4 hours). If the event doesn’t not complete within the allotted time, it can assume that either noone is doing it, or that it’s stuck. In either case, it resets automatically.
If the time frame of 4 hours isn’t enough, even every 8 hours would be better than days, sometimes weeks of the events being stuck until a server reset clears them.
Yep, bugged again on Borlis Pass.
It worked for a day or so and then stopped working just like after the last update.

Just wanted to post some observations I noticed about this bugged event after investigating this weekend:
I don’t think it is bugged on all servers yet, but it likely will be be eventually. Before the last server reset, it was bugged on most (possibly all) servers, as you can see from the earlier comments in this thread.
If you “fail” the first fight of the event [Defeat the Risen Priestess of Dwayna] it does not reset everything. By “fail” I mean that everybody dies and stops coming back, not that event actually pops up as “Failed”, because that doesn’t seem to be possible currently. If the fight had been pulled into Historian Vermoth, the thralls that are summoned by the Veteran Risen Acolytes and the Veterans that the Priestess spawns do not despawn even if no players are around. Instead, they just attack Historian Vermoth forever and since he can’t die (he keeps regenerating health when runs out of health), this just keeps going. I don’t know if this is a bug or not but it seems odd. I personally saw him stay alive for several hours on my server (I didn’t watch the whole time, but I can back a few hours later and it was still going on).
What I think may be happening is that eventually, possibly due to some server hiccup or something, one of the thrall’s attacks kills him before he can regain some health and he dies and is removed from the game and never comes back until a server reset. I haven’t witnessed this happening, but from what I’ve seen, it seems like a good bet.

I’m just adding that I guested to ET and it bugged out on the seal again. Something is up with this and it needs dev attention. Anyone else experiencing this please keep the thread alive. It’s been about two weeks now.

So after 3 weeks of being bugged and a few patches later, I’m sad to say it’s still bugged on Blackgate server..
Still bugged on Fort Aspenwood, Jade Quarry and Dragonbrand
