The harpy event, which spawns at the location of the Cattlepult in the Diessa Plateau, is permanently active on Sanctum of Rall server. This is preventing players from using the Cattlepult to travel to the Moorwatch Tower vista.

This event is still going. It’s been 3 full days at this point that I know of.

This has been bugged since release. One of those things they seemed to fix a couple of months ago (like behemoth), but in recent patches got un-fixed for general joy.

ya it is still bugged, even after it was supposed to be fixed today.
