Happened during Octovine event
I think I was in Celestial form while carrying a kit (bombs) @ East Octovine, and when I dropped the kit, I was still in Celestial form, but my button was gone, and my action bar was my normal weapon action bar (not the Celestial bar) but my character was still glowing blue.
