Guild Wars 2

I made a few of the Celestial Inscriptions to craft some Exotics to get my level up. Having used the last of the wood on these I come to find they don’t show up in my Discovery Panel, so now I am stuck with Celestial Inscriptions I can’t sell or put on my Weapons to craft them. Is this a bug or am I just dumb, or both?

Neither.
All Celestial items require a recipe sheet unlock. This is a huge departure from the system people are used to. The only way to get them was from the sanctum supply boxes. Now the only way to get them is from the TP.

So I need a recipe for a celestial weapon in order to use them? Thanks!
