Celestial Insignia
You can’t do discoveries with the Celestial items. You have to get the recipe sheet for each of them to learn the recipe.
thats news to me since i was able to discover the helm with one and with the discovered helm i can’t craft it with the bugged insignia since it shows in the crafting menu that i don not have one.
I have the same issue, having the recipe with both characters. I think the “account bound” thing is bugged and it’s some kind of “character bound” but transferible to other characters. I’ve contacted ANet and they told me they are currently working in this bug.
