don’t work for neither my level 400 tailor character nor my level 400 armorsmith character.

My armorsmith 400 character has created 3 of those insignia but they don’t show up in the “discovery” tab and I you can’t drag them from the inventory into the crafting components fields.

Because the only way to craft a particular item involving celestial stats is by adquiring the recipe. Not discovery.
No bug.

You are right it’s not a bug. Just a bullkitten inconsistent deviation from how crafting works in the rest of the game.

The recipes are all available on the TP and were dirt cheap last I checked.
