I made a Celestial Orichalcum Imbued Inscription and wanted to craft a sword. The Celestial Orichalcum Imbued Inscription will not show up in my crafting pane. I have made other items in the past with this, so I have the “recipe” unlocked. The items I’ve made in the past I can still make by clicking on them, but I cannot craft new ones via the discovery pane. Is this a bug? Has anyone else seen this problem? My weaponsmith is currently at ~485.

This happened to me – if I remember rightly I had to buy and learn the specific recipe for the weapon I wanted to get round it. Was a bit annoying compared to the ease of other weapon crafting. I don’t think I ever found a way to use the inscription via discovery – only with the recipe.

You must purchase the recipe for each celestial weapon you wish to make. They are not discoverable.

All celestial items needs to be unlocked with recipe sheets. They can’t be discovered. You either get them from the TP or wait for the sanctum to return.

Ohh,, now I vaguely remember. The recipes are per armor piece and individual weapon…Thanks all. I could not find that info in GW2 wiki when I was trying to make my sword so I assumed it was a bug.
