I’ve been fighting Hylek and Aetherblades in Caledon Forest for a few hours, so I checked my progress and it’s stuck on 10/25. How will I finish with it like this?

There are two ways to progress that achievement. Neither of them is what you are doing.

1) You can escort sylvari emissaries to the balloon towers for 10 points per escort/event.
2) You can talk to Grove Emissary in the Pavilion then kill stuff in the Pavilion.

I have been escorting the emmisaries,but no difference. But on your second point, I’ll try that thanks.

The emissary has to be a sylvari to count for that one.
