I got in touch with the Tyrian Champion’s Union and they informed me that Champions all over Piken Square are going on strike. However I don’t think that’s true because my other source tells me that champions simply run out of bags and boxes to give away shinies to the 24/7 champ farming trains.
If that is true then it must be a bug. Have you tried just sitting where the drake spawns or something?
