Guild Wars 2

Hi all,
I am the Guild leader of a small Darkhaven group called ‘Smells Like Skritt.’ I currently have an annoying problem where I cannot change ranks for my members. Example: I tried to change a member’s rank to officer but when I right clicked on the member, I could not upgrade him. Has anyone had this problem before and does anyone know how to fix it?

I would ensure that somehow you did not accidenlty change your rank to somehing equal or less than your fellow guildies.

It is possible and has happened before. Make sure rank is still the top most one.
