This bug actually happens to me quite often and its really annoying.
When some of my friends cast a channeling skill, its animation sucks a lot of times and it stay like its still in use.
Here are some of the screen shots that I have.
Dont have the ss of it but one very common one is also Rangers Greatsword #3 skill when the bird animation is stuck on players body.
The only thing that worked for me to fix it is reloging or changing map but since I am mostly playing wvw and it happens there, reloging is not always possible because of queues so am stuck with animations like that.
Please try to hit this problem.
