Chaos Armor now applies no buff at all. The notes say it should be a random boon and a random condition when enemy hits you, however you only get boons when you are hit as well. The boons should be when you cast Chaos Armor. I tested it at cursed shore if you pop Chaos Armor you get nothing, and if you pop it and get hit, then you get a random buff. Bad enough they took away protection on staff, as staff does very little damage compared to every other class’s weapons.
By the way, shatter tool tip is still set to the incorrect math, should have a 30% cool down on shatter skills. I teach math Anet and can teach you
I said this before and will say it again, They will just change the tool tip, as they have a crappy programming department. Trust me Ive taken several C++ classes, and its not that hard.
Fix your programming mistakes Arnet, you would have never made it through college turning in programs with this many mistakes.
