Oy… >.< They need to fix that pronto, and hopefully also make the recipe easier to get. Such an exceedingly rare recipe for a soulbound/account bound item is ridiculous.
Well, at least with the Wardrobe, you can make one and then apply the skin to any other back item you are using.
Of course, it should be account bound and ANet should fix that. But it’s nice that there’s a work-around.

Bump. Lets hope its not a bug that gets left in the dark for months.
The issue still exists please fix it, its annoying to craft sth. for a specific character that cant even use that thing at all!

just to give an update, as of today i just got my Chaos of Lyssa backpack and it is still a soulbound item….no fix as of yet
New update on Chaos of Lyssa, they have finally fixed it to be account bound instead of soulbound. they have also added a new feature to it as well, it has 2 faces instead of one and they rotate back and forth: http://a.pomf.se/mhnrda.webm
