Char Title in a different language
Thanks for the report, do other people with the Emissary of the Mad King titles showing display the same as well? Or is it tied to just specifically to this other character (Your screenshot doesn’t display anyone else with Emissary).
Can you also try running a -repair to see if that fixes the display issue?
In case you need to know how to run the -repair:
Create a shortcut for your Gw2.exe
Right Click shortcut
Select Properties
In the “Target” field, add -repair
Click Okay
Double-click the shortcut to run
It will take a bit to go through the dat file and repair any issues with it.
Let me know if you still see the problem after running the repair.
When I completely exited the game and relogged back in, it seemed to be fixed but I repaired the file anyways and didn’t get an issue.
Edit: And yes, everyone who had the same title, had the same problem.

Is there an option to hide titles? Didn’t find one. With many people on screen, you don’t see anything at all except cluttered text with all names shown.

There is an option in the title drop down menu called “No Title”. This will clear your current title or simply “hide” your title.

Not about hiding/not showing yours, he/she means the enemies/other allies in WvW for example, gets like a “clusterkitten” with all the titles.
