Guild Wars 2

i have full set of Citadel of Flame dungoen set unable to display my shoulder i need take off my armour then the shoulder shows up, if i pull up all armour shown the head gear will disappear and able see some glitch. not sure if was me only

pic attached as shown shoulder and helm cannot be seen
