Hello loves! 
First off, I fully realize that my problem may sound silly, pointless, and won’t have much importance to the majority as it is not one that has much (or if any at all) influence on the game. So feel free to skip my post lol. I am only writing it because GW2 Support told me to write in forums if I wanted it “possibly” fixed lol.
For me, the character’s personal story matters, and I am positive I had chosen Lyssa (not Kormir) as the Goddess for my human mesmer, Raven (not Wolf) as the spirit animal for my norn guardian, and I swear both Ghostly Wraith (not Skull) and The Shield of the Moon (not the Green Night) for my sylvari necromancer. I am simply befuddled.
Whether I accidentally chose the wrong answers way back then or not, it would be awesome if it could be changed to my preferred choices due to special symbolisms I have for my characters.
Being both an artist and a writer, I feel very close to my creations; they are a part of me; my Design; masterpiece. I have written my own lore for them too (both in my mind and on paper), so even if anet says it is not fixable (or willing to be fixed) in the physical virtual form, I am perfectly content having the real correct thing in my imagination. But of course no hurt in asking, right?
I am no animator or coder or techy by any means, but I imagined that they would be able to go into some kind of “design mode” haha to switch the icons and whatever in-game properties they’re linked to. I know ppl in the community have lost items before; logged on & found they no longer had skins unlocked or their armor/weapons were missing or even all their characters! And I had heard from ppl about all of it being replenished. I guess I pictured the process of “replenishing” in a manual hands-on way where they’d personally go into your account to fix it all LOL. Guess not.
Oh, which btw I know 100% I had Cobalt at one point and it tells me the skin is locked. So bizarre. I never sent a ticket request to Support however because they don’t really seem to help me lol, but it’s all good – it’s fairly cheap on trade post if I wanted it lol ~ All is well <3
So! Here is my proposition: I think it would be great if Biographies could be included in a Makeover Kit or something (and if one does change the 1 bio option that has an affect on story, then they’d simply have to replay that part of the story). I just want to change it some way or another without having to delete & start over my level 80 character lol…not that they’d care lol ^-^ But anyway, those out there who may be like me – what do you think of this? Would this be something you’d like? I am aware it may never come, but if there are enough people who want it then maybe it will <3
Also, I don’t know if it bothered anyone else, but I was very disappointed when Anet changed the personal story progression in one of their earliest updates long ago. There were Chapters I had really enjoyed that they took out for some reason (I guess they didn’t want it to be so long?), and then there were chapters completely out of order (not to mention one in particular where you apparently already knew the Largos and then the next chapter you’re introduced for the first time hahaha – although I am not sure if they have fixed it since then). I also miss the Pact Victory Token trophy they stopped gifting at the End (where they also used to have credits scrolling down which I also liked because it gave a feeling of completion & success). I do not have a solution to this however. If they were to change the story for Revenant specifically, then maybe they’d have time to make the order make sense again for the other professions.
