When I made my character I had red “highlights” if you want to call them that at the tips of my “hair”. I had a helmet on so am not sure when the color became bugged but now I do not have the highlights EXCEPT I had them displaying properly in all the Halloween event zones. Nowhere else is properly displaying my hair. What did you do to my hair ANet?

the sylvari “glow” effect only happens at night.
probably.. you saw it a lot during halloween because Lion’s Arch seemed to be always night time then.

Related to those bioluminiscenses, my Sylvari has green ones, but everytime I go underwater (and some seconds after I go out of it) they turn white instead of green.
Well I don’t remember it saying bioluminescence color when I picked it but here’s the thing. It wasn’t a case of seeing it a lot during Halloween DinoDoll. It never appears in the normal game world period anymore. The only zones it showed back up in were the Halloween zones ie clocktower, pumpkin pvp, lunatic court, labyrinth.
Also it always showed on character select before. When I made my character and had no headgear every time I logged in I saw the red tips on her at character select. Now I do not see the red period, not at character select, not in a cave, not during the “night time” they only showed up in the Halloween zones.
