Hello, I’m new to the game and I’ve been playing with a friend who’s been playing for a while. My problem is that when we were leveling our characters, I was having some connections issues and disconnected to the character select screen, and when I tried to log back onto my character it stayed on the loading screen, even though my friend could see my characters model and I could hear the nearby sounds. I can log onto my other characters without problems.

I’ve already made a ticket with support, but I imagine it would take a while for them to reply, so I’ve come to the forums to see if anyone knows anything about this bug.

The problem is on the server, so basically you need to wait for the server to reset your character’s state (i.e., there’s nothing you can do, except wait or submit a ticket to have someone manually reset it). It usually “fixes itself” in a few minutes.
