Guild Wars 2

With the latest patch it seems that my character location is not saved sometimes after I swap. Most recently I went from Malchor’s Leap to Brisban Wildlands, farmed a bunch of iron nodes, and then used swap character to go to the selection screen. It now showed the characters location as the old “Malchor’s Leap” instead of Brisban and loading in puts me at the “Watchful Source Waypoint” in the Zinder Slope area of Brisban (I had logged out around the Gallowfields Waypoint). Also happened when i got stuck in combat at the Not So Secret chest (also a bug!) and logging out put me back at the entrance to Gendarren…

Not sure if this is known or perhaps just a bug on my side. I do use -sharearchive

That isn’t a latest patch thing. That bug has been around for an extremely long time. When it gets really bad you actually get sent to LA.

Just strange to me as it has never happened, but the past few days its been happening really often.
