I am not so sure if I am posting in the right place.
I’ve contacted the support team through emails, but they told me to post it in the forum.

Here is the story:
I was at Lion’s arch Dungeon Vendors previewing the armor sets and weapons, after that I found my Dungeon tokens were missing and I had a Dungeon weapon in my bag.

I was pretty sure I didn’t click on the BUY button, so I wrote to the support team for restoration of my character to get my tokens back.

My request was declined said there’s nothing they can do about that, and they wanted me to be extra cautious next time.

But i didn’t click the BUY button……..
Later i realized double click an item = BUY (without comfirmation)

I am very depress right now, I spents lots of time and money running the Dungeon
but I end up losing my tokens double clicking on an item i dont need by accident.

I wish you can look into my problem and restore my tokens.

I am not really sure how you got so far in the game that you had dungeon tokens without understanding that double click=buy….

Because i clicked on BUY everytime i want something.
The BUY button is there for a purpose… isn’t it?

I was trying to click on the item and right click to preview, maybe i clicked too fast but it didn’t mean i want it

double click is also there and has always been there and is in many many games.. what did you think double click WOULD do? since you right click to preview…
