I do not know if this happens in pve or not but in wvw it happens to me sometimes.

example 1. lets say i only have 4 supply left and helping build another siege with it. when i use up the 4 supply i try to head back or go to supply camp but i cant move.
It seems the build/repair goes through the entire process of 10 supply even if you have less and wont let you move until its completed, but sometimes even after i still cant move unless i use lightning flash or updraft.

example 2. I was chasing invader from inside vale in red map. chased him up over the wall and down outside vale heading towards briar. i used ride the lightning to close the gap but after RTL was finished i couldn’t move. He got so far away that i was out of combat and still couldn’t move. there were no conditions on me. i was not immobilized, stunned, or anything. i could not move. i could cast spells but could not move unless i used a skill that moved my character from the spot i was stuck like RTL, or UPDRAFT, or LIGHTNING FLASH. I could have also used a way point to move but then its a waste to run all the way back.

most of the time i notice it happens after i use RTL that i cant move. sorry i have no pics but during the course of fighting the pic might capture stuff that wasn’t there before like immobize. and the example 2 i didn’t think about taking the pic.

Known bug for months, some times it used to let you move again if you used another skill that forced movement, fire 4 etc, but not often.
Logging off (& incurring the death/repairs penalty fixes it)

ive searched the forums and really didn’t find too much on it, mostly about being stuck in the terrain.. i know i can use a force movement skill or log off but dont want to do that or waste a skill that i may need later. ik there are alot of bugs anet needs to fix and probably of higher priority than this but just wondering if they knew and if they were looking into it?
