Character creation "eye clipping" bug
Are you referring to that particular hairstyle couple with that face? And where the eyelash and hair overlap?

No, I mean the area under her eyes, the hair style doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the bug, the face template itself seems to be the problem.
EDIT: Here’s another attached pick with arrows to show what I mean.

Oh. To me, it just looks like make-up or shadows. Girls often put eye shadow under their lower lashes.
If it bothers you, though, a different choice might be well considered.
Good luck.
Have you tried using the appropriate sliders for the eye settings under Face Details? Making the eyes slightly more open might eliminate that clipping.

I’m well aware of that make up fact, but you are completely missing the thing I am trying to point out.
Under her eyes her eye liner abruptly stops in a very unnatural way. As someone who understands textures I believe it’s the texture of the eyeshadow conflicting with the face texture, the former is suppose to layer over the later, but it’s not and conflicting instead.
That’s the what I am having a problem with, check my second posted image, look closely where the arrows are pointing.

I looked at the sliders, I didn’t see any I thought would help, I’ll try that one and see what comes of it, if there is an eye openness slider, I don’t recall seeing one.
EDIT: I checked, there is no slider controlling eye openness, and all other sliders scale the bug with the eyes as they are changed.

I am well aware of that section. I didn’t post there because my character never got created. You are literally of zero help to me.
Have a nice day!
You don’t have to have created a character to bring a ‘bug’ to the Devs attention.
Regardless, as noted above, if you are unhappy with that particular face’s eyes, you can choose a different face, and play…..
….or wait for the ‘bug’ to be fixed (which could be some time).
Just trying to determine what the ‘bug’ was (at first), and then offer suggestions.
Again, good luck.
