So I’ve reported that my face texture for my character is messed up. (showing up pale and translucent) I have to wear this mask to cover it up which is ridiculous. I get maybe once or twice not getting a reply but this game has been out for about two weeks now and I’ve sent over a dozen bug reports for this and I’ve yet to get a single reply. Not even so much as a letter in game or e-mail. This is by far the worst in game support (if you can call it that) I’ve ever experienced. I like the game. I’m a big fan of the series but this is just pathetic. Anyone else got the same issue?
And before you ask I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, taken off and tried on different head gear, sent numerous bug reports, ect. It’s definitely a problem on Arenanets side since it showed up on my friends computers as well.
