So i was inside the prologue mission in the Silverwastes when the patch notification came out. I defended amber sandfall and moved on to the next step of the prologue (Torn from the sky) fine. When i completed it i was kicked out of the game to patch because i had relocated maps by completing the instance. When i logged back in my character is stuck on the story step “Establishing a foothold” and is locking inside the Silverwastes instance. I have tried completing the defence event and just about everything but my character cant get out of the instance.
edit: i waypointed out of the instance to the silverwastes and was able to run to the portal and successfully get into verdant brink
Mine is locked on my Mesmer in a similar position. I was going to meet with Marjory and Kasmeer, but a guild member was starting the next part and I got a notification to join them and I accidentally hit yes, after completing it with them, I went back to finish mine, to not be able access the instance any longer.
