Guild Wars 2

This has been going on for the past few days- starting with the patch, I guess. I’ll be playing when all of a sudden my character’s skills will stop working and I can no longer attack. I can see other people moving and using skills, and they can obviously attack so SOME sort of data is coming in and I’m not just getting DC’d. I’m dying way too often to low level enemies that I can’t even fight while downed, and once I’m dead-dead, I can’t even pick a waypoint to move to!

I’m still having this problem. Any tips?
