Guild Wars 2

While doing the quest by getting various ingredients for the potion my character would always stuck as soon as I have a valid set of ingredients and I speak with Cesseilia and she produces a potion. This happened to all the player characters that were doing the same action so it is not limited to me.

I tried teleporting to a nearby waypoint but didn’t fix my character being stuck and unable to move.

Same issue here—-only fix was to logout and log back in to restore mobility. Complete the heart by killing foes—don’t even try the potion approach

This is happening to me, too.
