Whenever I try to get on my Sylvari ranger in the Silverwastes the game keeps freezing on the loading screen.
I can get on other characters in different areas just fine, just not that one.
Have you tried guesting with that character? Sometimes that works for others.

You can try adding -prefreset to your command line. Perhaps, that will work.
