Guild Wars 2

In a mission I recently did as a human I was able to talk to an Npc ally and boost my Charisma skill to the max. Not sure if this is a glitch or something generous that the developers allowed. Additional info: Human, Mission: Ashes of the Past, Level: 18 (I think), if not an issue what other missions do they allow this? Because i want to boost my dignity skill to the max, not charisma.

This is purely for your own fluff and has no effect on the game whatsoever => no bug
