Guild Wars 2

Neither Cratus or Orres (the bankers) in the Charr bank allow me to access my bank space. I speak to them but the bank doesn’t open. I’ve tried it on multiple Charr characters. Bankers in other starting towns however, do work properly.

Problem solved.

After running to the Charr bank with a human character & using the bankers with him I am now able to use the Charr bankers with my Charr character.
