While in the fractal where everyone’s a charr you can deploy the engineer elite skill “Mortar” But you get an error when you try to use it, therefore the elite is worthless and wasted.

Can’t use Mortar in foTm ascalonian fractal. Blocked by Charr illusion. Can drop the Mortar but no one can use it. Wasted ult.
