Q:
Charr - LVL 22 Undead infestation bug. Please help
I encountered the same issue…
He has the spell Determined on him, which has 23 hours left. Having started this part of the quest multiple times with the same effect, it seems I need to abandon my personal storyline.
Samething happening to me, this bug has to be fixed… my storyline is now stuck

It took me 4 tries, but I managed to beat him. In the last one, he’d go invulnerable, but only for a few moment. Keep trying, and hopefully you’ll succeed.
This bug really sucks.
Took me about 6 tries to get past this bug. What I did was run right in there and start to stun/confuse Sagum the Fool and heavy DPS. Then he went invulnerable just for a short while and then I could DPS him again for the kill.
