Guild Wars 2

I’ve never played a Charr mostly because I have a hard time picking markings and colors which is also why I never really played Sylvari, but that’s changed because I adore my syl and my new Charr – but I can’t help but notice how Charr have a horrible back gap between their weapons/backpiece and their actual back.
Is this an ongoing issue? or something that recently happened?
I just don’t think it should be ignored especially being a main race in Gw2.

I’ve sent multiple tickets about this issue, only to be laughed at by ANet.

And that is why none of my charrs ever have backpacks out..
