Issue:
I’ve only played Charr male so far and my character starts screaming incredibly loud as soon as I am higher above the ground than the normal jump height. It’s incredibly annoying since it’s a very loud scream and it just gets spammed sometimes.

Example:
Let’s say I’m standing on something that is “chair-height” and jump off => scream, jump when walking down a hill => scream, and so on.

Please fix this so that there’s only screaming when you’re going to take fall damage or perhaps only when you’re going to fall to your death.

I have the same problem, and it’s pretty annoying xD

Agreed, my charr does the same. And here I thought charr were supposed to be fearless, hard to believe when mine screams bloody murder after jumping off of a 3ft rock.

my asura friend has this problem, i keep hearing his char screaming whenever we jump down, and the scream goes on even after we’re on the ground and running (even if the fall was really small).

my solution is to just cut the scream short as soon as the character touches the ground again, and make it only trigger after about half a second of falling.

My female Charr does this, too. Just jumping makes her scream like she’s falling to her death.

I have this as well, though it’s kind of hilarious when you just walk down a stair step and your character starts screaming his/her head off about it.

My Charr does this all the time. I love to run and jump, run and jump, but the screams are really weird and annoying. I get screams of a male going ARGGG! when I jump off of something a little bit higher than a normal jump. I just thought this was happening to every class.

Yea and sometimes with human female voice.

Seems to be happening to everybody, notice it occurs when your chars feet land in different heights or plain simply remain in falling animation after the jump. Imagine my kitten is getting neutered all the time he lands with a scream.

Similar thing happens to my Asura. Starts screaming after every gate use.

Same with smallest possible asura, doesnt always scream when i take fall damage but it will scream for about 5secs jumping off of a pebble
