Guild Wars 2

I just changed locations and consequently monitors as well. I went from 1920×1080 to 1360×768 and now my chat box is in the middle left side of my screen. Switching my U.I. size to “small” fixes it, but changing to any other size presents with the same problem. Any ideas?

There’s a “grow box” in the upper right corner. If you shrink the box a little, it will fit (the size that fits can vary with other choices you make, including text size, resolution, etc.).

Shrinking the box doesn’t move it to the bottom. And thanks, I love them.

Does it help to move it to the top once and back down?

Umm shrinking the box does bring it down for me, the only reason its moved up is beacuse it overlaps with your skillbars (including weapon switch), so you either have to make it shorter or make your skillbars smaller with the interface size option. However, looking at your screen it seems your chatbox is already pretty small and further decrease in size might not be possible anymore, so your only option is to reduce interface size.

There isn’t enough room below to fit the chat box with the window size you have set. If the chat box was moved to where it would “normally” go it would end up covering the weapon swap button with your setup.

The box is shrunk as small as it will go and moving it to the top doesn’t help. I guess I’ll just leave the U.I. size at small since that’s the only thing that fixes it for now.
