Lately I received an outfit for my character. Since I wear it, the speech bubbles from chatting do not appear above my head, but above my feet.

I’m playing gw2 on my mac mini.

It’s a known bug with the Royal Guard outfit. No ETA on a fix.

What does “No ETA on a fix” mean?

It means the Devs are aware of the bug, and have yet to announce when the fix for the bug will be implemented. ETA = Estimated Time of Arrival

No ETA on fix means, that it could be fixed any time between now and never. If and when it is fixed depends on the alignment of stars and how much pasta Colin consumed yesterday.
