Ok so I found a guy who in my eyes is a cheater because the “random” things happening here is too controlled.

Or it could be bugs? Can someone help me decide? Here is the proof:

report that per email. it is a hack, but u are not supposed to put that in the forums.send them the emails. the more info and videos they have the better. hopefully anet finds a way to put a stop to this stuff.
