Everytime i click this chest i earned on the ui it crashes my game everytime and i can’t receive rewards..!!

Here is the photo of the chest on the bottom right. That is the chest that keeps crashing my game..!!

Exactly same here, still not fixed after latest patch!

I have crashed about 5 times today, over about 3 hours. But every single time I have crashed, it is at the end of an event. The first was at Mad King says, when the chest popped I dropped, but was able to come back to a chest (but no achievement). The other 4 were in Verdant Brink. Pretty irritating to say the least, but I was able to open all my chests when I came back.

Tried to open a blue reward chest from the Verdant Brink world event – game crashes every time.

I just stumbled upon this problem with the Exalted 4 headed Vine boss chest. A green one that keeps crashing the game

Still having this problem on my main. Alt can open the chests with no problem.
But on my main there is still a chest which crashes me everytime I try to click it. Got the chest yesterday.

Same here, brown rewardchest from auric basin crashes my game.

I have this bug as well, just finished the Auric Basin meta event and it sits there, wiggling, taunting me. Every time I click on it, it immediately crashes the game and kicks me out to the error reporting thing.

I just had the same problem, I got a chest for the Defend Tarir and clicked it before I was able to get access to the chests and goodies the game crashed. Im kinda salty since the defend event was pretty difficult

These two chests are baiting me into crashing to the desktop. First one I got from Verdant Brink, latest one in Auric Basin.

Can also confirm, Auric Basin Octovine chest causing full crash.

I found a fix for what was causing mine to crash.

If you have a chest like this go to graphics options and change your interface size to Normal and it shouldn’t crash when you go to open it. If Normal doesn’t work I’d suggest trying the other sizes as well.

This works. I had it set to a larger UI. I wonder if the reward window isn’t scaling correctly?

unfortunately this fix came too late for me.

The reward chests seem to disappear after a certain amount of time. Is there any way to recover the chest?

Can´t get the mastery points now. 12+ hours completely wasted.

This thread really needs to stay on top until they fix this properly.

I also have the issue, but now I have 2 chests sitting there and both crash to desktop.

Thanks this worked for me as well, you are awesome.

I can open most chests (obtained in Maguuma), but so far I have 3 chests that are crushing my game every single time I try to collect them, two of them are green and one red. I hope the problem will be solved as soon as possible because I don’t know how many chests I can keep on the edge of the screen unopened.

change your interface size to normal, it fixed mine and also fixed it for anyone i know of that had this problem.
