I knew it was not the correct place to post, but I don’t expect Kongzhong to do their job.

The issue: Triabal chest and head piece do not appear in the wardrobe.
As you can see from the screenhot, there were only 4 skins by searching the name.
Even if the skin for these missing pieces were unlocked, they cannot be transmuted.

The bug had exist since day one when Chinese server launch.
It wasn’t a problem until the release of legacy armor reward track.

Sometimes, items don’t appear in the (Bank) Wardrobe until they are unlocked. Like certain Quaggan backpacks, etc.

Have you unlocked said missing items?

It’s not just me, but was reported by multiple Chinese players.
I managed to get a Legacy Armor Chest for illustration.

The first figure show a normal Item, Triabl boot piece (too laggy to login NA server to verify the name). The 2 gray lines indicated ‘Skin Locked’.

Then the Item in question, Tribal chest piece, neither does it contain the line ‘Item Locked’ nor ‘Item Unlocked’, I guess that’s the problem.

The samething happen for the Triable head piece.

At last, for science, I selected the chest armor from the box, now it lies on my inventory, however it was the same, no ‘Skin Locked’ or ‘Skin Unlocked’.
You can compare that with my ascended armaor which show ‘Item Unlocked’.
To confrim that, in the transmution window, the skin do not show up.

Sorry for posting so much screenshots with Chinese.
Even Kongzhong knew this issue, once upon a time, before the release of legacy armor, they sent out the tribal armor as a reward, and said 2 skin pieces cannot be unlocked.
