This is still bugged. I haven’t been able to do this since the first time I leveled my main last year.
This NPC normally offers a quiz which can be part of Support the citizens of Beetletun renown heart. It involves a carnival member being transformed to a moa and you having to guess which one.
Yet again, the helper is stuck as a moa.
