Chocolate Omnomberry Cake is completely bugged. That longer 15% chill duration doesn’t exist at all.
I’ve test it with my Ele. Oh the hero attribute bar, it doesn’t increase. On the actual skill bar that does chill does not increase any %.
The Chocolate Raspberry Cake which increase 12% chill duration actually work on both Hero attribute and the actual skill.
Wasted all my Omnomberries on making a bugged food. Anet please fix this. (I know not a lot of people care chill duration but a bug is a bug!)
